Deliveries and Returns


We honor the commitment to provide a fast delivery service. We work with excellence to ensure an adequate and assertive response to our customers’ requests.

After placing your order, the articles will be analyzed by Bravo Protek: availability in our stock. If the product is available in our stock, the order will be processed after confirmation of receipt of payment.

Orders processed with delivery in Mainland Portugal will be sent through the Carrier service: CTT Expresso or Chronopost (as confirmed by the customer).

In the case of delivery via CTT Expresso, if it is not possible to deliver the order, a notice will be left to schedule a new delivery.

No deliveries will be made to P.O. Boxes.

Deliveries Outside Mainland Portugal
Portugal Islands and Peninsular Spain

If you want your order to be delivered to Madeira/Azores or Peninsular Spain, you must select the corresponding option in the Shipping Address (Portugal Islands or Peninsular Spain) and indicate in the delivery address the island/region to where you intend to send the order.

No deliveries will be made to P.O. Boxes.

Other EU Countries

Please get in touch with Bravo Protek so that we can provide you with exact information about postage prices and delivery dates, calculated based upon the country of destination.

You will be able to follow the status of your order through the carrier’s website, to do so, contact Bravo Protek and request the Tracking number.

All products shipped by Bravo Protek individually wrapped and packaged with care and in such a way that they reach customers in perfect condition, securing a good first impression and lasting brand loyalty.

When detecting any mistake or error in the content of the shipment, you must immediately inform Bravo Protek of what happened, through our telephone number or our e-mail.

The claim must be made within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving the order.


The Bravo Protek customer can return the purchased items, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of 02/14.

To make the return, you must contact Bravo Protek through our e-mail (support and/or telephone number.
If contact is made via email, you must attach the purchase invoice and indicate whether you want to exchange the item/size or be refunded.
In case of contact via telephone, you must indicate the invoice number and indicate if you want to change the size/product or if you want to be refunded.
If you want a refund, you will need to send an email with your IBAN.

In order for us to accept the return, the items must be presented in perfect condition, without signs of use and be packed in the original packaging.

The costs inherent to returns due to changes in size, color or customer withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the customers (return shipping costs and shipping costs for new delivery).

If the return is due to an internal error by Bravo Protek, the item sent does not correspond to the technical information made available to the customer or if, for any eventuality, the article has original defects, the costs of return and reshipment will be the responsibility of Bravo Protek.

In the case of returns (applicable in purchases from, the refund of your purchase amount will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Bravo Protek having a deadline of up to 14 days for this purpose.

As foreseen by law, it is not possible to return, cancel or refund personalized goods.

We recommend that you always keep the purchase invoice as it will be requested in the event of a future claim under a guarantee
